Description:
Single fragment preserves one-eighth of body, rim, and one handle. Casserole with a round bottom to a vertical wall with a small rounded flange and a slightly flaring rounded lip. One round horizontal handle attached at side of body canted above the rim.

Weak red (2.5YR 4/2) to reddish brown (2.5YR 4/4) hard clay with frequent small subrounded spherical and angular tabular light gray quartz and white inclusions, few small subrounded spherical dark gray and pink inclusions, and rare small voids.

Intact except a large chip on rim. Stewpot with a round bottom to a baggy body tapering to a tall vertical flaring rim with a rounded lip. Two vertical, flattened, oval strap handles attached at top of the body and side of the rim.
