Late Bronze Age relations between Thessaly and Thrace

This contribution will discuss the Late Bronze Age relations between the two areas of the ancient Balkan peninsula —Thessaly and Thrace— in light of the distribution of wares and the appreciation of distinctive objects such as weapons and fine pottery. It will throw a fresh light into the interregional exchange dynamics and flow of items of high demand and value to the north, beyond the Mycenaean periphery.
