Christina Tzoumaki has studied Archaeology in the University of Thessaly and has graduated from the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Programme of the History, Archaeology and Social Anthropology Department in the University of Thessaly. Her M.A. Thesis was on “Votives and Monuments found on Hellenistic Delos offered by Macedonian Kings and Attalides”. She has participated in excavations at the Archaic-Hellenistic sanctuary on Kythnos, Cyclades, at the Early Iron Age metalworking site at Skala Oropou, in Northern Attica (Archaeological Society), as well as at the sanctuary of Apollo at Soros, near Volos (University of Thessaly). Moreover, she has participated in the excavation of the Hellenistic palace of Demetrios Poliorketes in Volos, at Pefkakia.
She has worked for the recording of the Coulson Archives. Specifically, she has worked on the recording of the document folders in the early phases of the project.
